Maja Pavlek

Maja Pavlek has 15 years of experience as a consultant in the field of external and internal auditing, governance and risk management and process optimisation. Her strength lies in the implementation and auditing of internal controls to improve processes at a conceptual, strategic and operating level. Her practical and pragmatic approach has been valued by international companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals and metal, transport, banking and other services.

Maja has a Masters in Applied Economics (Msc. Appl. Econ. Sc.) from the Ghent University. She is accredited as a Certified Internal Auditor by the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors).

Bert Taeymans

With 25 years of experience in optimising, streamlining and automating supply chains, administrative business processes and workflows, Bert Taeymans is an expert in strategy and business modelling. He also has extensive experience in enterprise application integration, software development of real-time distributed business applications, mobile applications, and simulation software and managing planning complex projects. Bert advises ICT and Financial executives/managers of international SMEs in industry, transport, utilities, banking and insurance as well as conducting interim management assignments.

With a degree in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp and a Masters in Computer Science from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Bert combined his interest in business administration and IT right from the start. His many years' experience as an enterprise architect and a manager is supported by an energetic drive and a relentless pursuit of tangible results, backed up by TOGAF and Archimate 2.0 certification and CMU enterprise architect accreditation.
